It's time to book your summer rental!  If you haven't done so already, click on the Vacation Rentals link and search our inventory of over a thousand rental properties in Avalon and Stone Harbor.  When you find some that interest you, call or email me so we can discuss lease options.

As is typical, we saw a slowing of activity here at the shore over the last few years.  This year, however, is proving to be a much busier  for us in both sales, listings, and rental bookings. There are still prime opportunities for investors and great buys for those thinking of purchasing on the island. Now with the interest rates being lower and the home prices seeming to level off it seems to be the best time to buy.

Have you heard the news?  After April 15th, New Jersey bars and restaurants will be SMOKE FREE.  It is rumored, though, that smoking will still be permitted in Atlantic City's casinos.

The town of Rio Grande (just offshore from Wildwood) has seen a lot of development over the past couple of years.  New additions include a Michael's craft store, Ross, and  a large movie theatre complex.There is also a Lowes, Wal Mart , Bed Bath and Beyond as well.  Rio Grande is about 15 minutes from Avalon and about 10 minutes from Stone Harbor.  Good to know for those unfortunate rainy days during your summer stay!
