Born in Northeast Philadelphia to fabulous parents, Roger and Mary Soens, we moved as a family to Avalon in 1969 when I was 11 years old.  I attended elementary school in Philadelphia and Avalon before moving on to Wildwood Catholic High School and Bishop Eustace Preparatory School where I graduated in 1976.

I spent some time at Southern Connecticut State University and Montclair State University before returning to Avalon in 1979 to pursue a career in real estate.  Since then I have worked hard to obtain all of the knowledge and skills necessary to become one of the Seven Mile Island's top producing real estate agents!

I reside in Oceanview, NJ with my family.

My hobbies include basketball, tennis, boating, playing the guitar and drums, and spending time with my family.  In addition, Hunter and I are just steps away from earning our black belts in karate and recently won a championship title for Dennis Township's third and fourth grade travelling basketball team, which I coached this year.
